How can i find scrapbook clubs in my city?

The only things I can think of would be to ask around the neighborhood, check out the yellow pages in your phone directory or do a search on the interenet for scrapbooking clubs. If all else fails, start one of your own. Word of mouth and flyers would be an awesome way to get one started.
