Every year I take a bunch of pictures with my digital camera of my students and school activities. I also take pictures with just my regualar Kodak 35mm camera. I always buy double prints. Each year I make a huge scrapbook at the end of the year. Since I get doubles, I always let the students have the doubles, I let them come up to my desk one by one and pick a picture they want until they are all gone. It is very special to them. I teach 4th grade, but this could be done with any grade. My third grade teacher did this with us and I still have my pictures she gave me. She was my favorite teacher in Elementary School and couldn't wait to pass it on to my students.
