I took an art class at the University a few years ago and learned how to watercolor. It is hard at first because all of the colors run together, but they teach techniques how to not let this happen. I am addicted to watercolor now.

I would LOVE to take a class like that. My problem is I just don't have the time to invest in it. I love watching the shows on PBS that teach you how to paint. They sure make it look easy!!

I have only been able to take one art class but it helped out a lot. Just learning some of the basics about shadowing and composition as well as learning how to use the colors most effectively really helped my painting.
