Yes, model trains will soon rule the world. I want to do a layout of the entire amtrak routes across the usa in my bedroom. Only probably is my Dad doesn't want to get me a bigger bedroom.

My father has been working on model trains ever since I was a little kid. He has won numerous awards at the State Fair and now that he has retired he has started it up again full force. He built a shelf running along the top of the wall (about 8 inches below the ceiling) and runs his trains along them. He has started building a bridges in each corner of the room as well. It's starting to come around really nice!!

My dad is into model trains. He designed this huge layout in his basement that runs the length of the basement. He made the landscapes and its taking him forever. Its a nice thing to see completed though.

My husband has just started collecting model trains. He has grand ideas of turning one of our kids' rooms when he leaves the nest into a train room. Oh brother!!
