I am so intrigued by wire wrapping but don't know where to start. I know Michael's sells a machine that will wrap wire. I wonder if it's worth it.

I've seen some amazing wire wrapped pendants made using natural crystals such as aquamarine and quartz. What I'd like to know is where one can buy the natural leather thongs that are used to hand the pendants. I'd like to buy rolls of it. Anybody know where I can buy it? I want it in natural leather finish not colored.
