We also have a directory of products: Jewelery I was told that black glass is a very good background for photographing crystals on. The idea is to find a surface that absorbs rather than reflects light, and black is the only color that really does this. The problem is that it needs to be completely matt or light will obviously be reflected from the glass surface. Apparently such matt black glass is obtainable. Anyone come across it? Comment #1 Almustafa from China - how about choose the frosted black glass as your background.Dont let the camera lens face the background vertically when taking the photo..Just the suggestion...
