Just bought a decent camera to get close up photos of my jewelry so I am finally ready to build a website. Any suggestions for a good EASY shopping cart system?

You might look at Googles payment system or Paypal. I think they most offer pretty simple ways of getting started (and not having to worry about a merchant account). You DO need to worry about customer service, though.
