Something to do Halloween night after the trick and treating is done. Comment #1 Jeanette from AZ (Contact Member) - I buy those Pilsbury cookie dough - so easy to just slice and pop them in the oven. I'll buy orange and black decorated sugar and have them decorate the cookies however they want. Comment #2 Courtney (1) from The South (Contact Member) - I also love the sliced cookie dough. What we do is buy the cookie cutters too with shapes like pumpkins, ghosts, and goglins and let the kids decorate them. Plus don't forget about caramel apples. Yummy. Comment #3 Jeanette from AZ (Contact Member) - I tried the caramel apples once and for some reason they just didn't turn out right. The caramel ended up getting so rock hard once it dried that you could barely even bite into the apple!! Comment #4 Acuzio (109.111.97.127) - Sun Mar 14 21:00:49 2010 Baking and doing some creative crafts, why not combine the two during the Halloween? Bake a creative cookies that they can personally decorate. It is a fun activity I must say, I can tell because we tried it at home during Halloweens. We do some jack o lantern cookies and then the kids decorate it with colorful homemade icings and chocolates. They are also great as trick or treat giveaways. • Page 1 (Original Post) •
