Take a piece of black foam (you can buy these at your local craft store) and cut a 2 inch strip long enough to wrap around the childs wrist. Hot glue velcro (which can also be purchased at your local craft store) to the ends. Around halloween you can always find halloween foamy pieces like bats or pumpkins etc....if not you can cut your own. Glue the pumpkin face onto the center of the braclet and decorate the band with little bats or skeletons etc.... Your child will have a great halloween braclet!!
