I would love to get into quilting but am just not that handy with the sewing machine. I took a beginner's sewing class a few years back and they were offering a beginning quilting class but chickened out. I mean, it looks easy enough to piece together just a simple quilt - I'm not looking to go real technical with it.

Quilts were made to be hand sewn. A proper tiny triangle pattern quilt can be stiched watching tv and will be very strong and keep cold out in winter.

I love picking out the colors. On ebay you can get tiny lots f real silk satin and velevet pieces and make a beautiful quilt because all you need are tiny pieces of the material.

Set out a sheet on the floor and pin each triangle to its place, then one by one pick up adajcent trinagles and sew. Project folds up into a bundle when you need to put it away.
