My favorite memory from a long time ago is when my grandmother made an egg basket using fabric and ribbons because she didn't have any egg dye.

I will never forget this one egg, it had wrapped around it this bright magenta foil ribbon about two inches thick with stamped holes in it.

It mesmerized me. Still does.

The site you listed isnt working and I am very interested in checking this out. Can you try to fix that. I love easter crafts and this idea sounds great.

Now that sounds like a cute idea! Get colored tin foil and wrap the eggs instead of coloring them. I think I'm going to try that and use it for a centerpiece.
