I never know the best kind of pencils or colored pencils to buy. I love to draw, but I think I need better tools. Does anyone have a good brand to suggest.

I have had some good luck with Prismacolor Premier colored art pencils.
I tried some cheaper, off brands for awhile and found that they didn't work as well as the more expensive sets.
