Shirley Brown (24.116.109.1) - I recently had a customer to get very up set when I finished her draperies and they were not hand sewn. I told her this day in time all drapes were sewn by a sewing machine. She said no she wanted all sewn by hand. I told her good luck, it would take too long to stitch all the seams by hand. What is your opinion Comment #1 Jeanette from AZ - Draperies sewn by hand? My gosh that would take FOREVER!! I never even knew that draperies could be sewn by hand. I figured that they all had to be sewn by a machine. Comment #2 Bill from Detroit - She needs to outsource the work... to someplace where wages are low and they might still do a lot of sewing by hand! Comment #3 Courtney (1) from The South - I think the quality of a sewing machine would be much better than me trying to hand sew curtains any day of the week. Plus that would take so long to do, it would be frustrating and ridiculous.
