You know those chocolate forms you make lollipops out of?

My mom stored them in a bag and put them in an area that the heat could get to, then one time during the summer the air conditioner was not working ad the temperatures oared.

Months later my mom pulled out the chocolate and it was ruined!

I was thinking you would just store the cases without the food actually in it. The food items (chocolate) should be stored in a cool dry spot. I love making chocolates and suckers out the moldings though. They are so much fun and it is a great way to get the kids involved.

When I was little my neighbor made chocolate candies from molds for a long time. They were so cute and absolutely delicious.
