Earlier this year I had a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband and as centerpieces I bought glass votive candles and then bought clear stickers. On the stickers I printed on them through my computer an inscription that said "Happy 40th Birthday Bryan" and then stuck them on all the votives. They turned out really cute!!

I saw something like that at a wedding. I thought that each of the votive candles on the tables were inscribed but they were just clear stickers. Boy, the things that you can do nowadays with your computer.

It sounds like the opportunities are endless and what a great idea. I think that our craft store actually sells a kit like that for weddings where it comes with the stickers and the votive holders. It's a great way to save money - ordering candles like that and having them personalized can get very expensive.

That is a very cute idea. Who doesn't love a great candle and if you can personalize them, then you are in business. You ought to make a business out of it. Market and sell them on ebay or in craft bazaars. Very cute idea!
