We went to the State Fair and every year they have all kinds of arts and crafts on display. I was amazed at some of the artwork done by children. Some of these kids definitely are talented!!

Yes, our tri state fair was just here about a month ago and the artwork is great. I remember in high school I had some artwork on display at the fair. It really makes you feel good to know that many people are checking out your hard work.

Yes, and now my 8 year old is thinking about entering something in the competition for next year. She didn't realize there were other things that you can see at the fair than the rides and carnival games. We spent almost two hours looking at all of the booths and exhibits.

I think the State Fair is a great way to get kids involved in art. When kids see their artwork hanging in a venue like that it gets them really excited and motivated to create some great artwork.

My daughter is a craft geek like me! I will have to check to see if our state fair has something like that, I thing she would get a kick out of it! Every year her art is in the school art show.

Yes, it's nice to see that kids are interested in other things at the fair than the rides and the carnival food. LOL. Our neighbor's daughter has a real knack for baking and has placed every year with anything that she enters. That girl is going to be a famous chef one day!!
