I have framed a lot of my kids' artwork and hung them up in their room. It's a cheap way to fill up some "empty" space on a wall and the kids love looking at them. Comment #1 Courtney from Amarillo, Texas, USA!! - I also love this idea. My daughter is only 3 months old, but I can't wait for those first drawings she does. I think framing them keeps it much cleaner and it preserves the work. Comment #2 Jeanette from AZ - My sister frames a lot of her kids' artwork and puts it in their basement (it's basically the kids' playroom). She has them do all kinds of stuff - fingerpainting, crayon drawings, etc., so that there are different types of "art". She also writes in black marker their name and year it was done so she knows when they did it. Comment #3 endora (24.45.126.104) - Ive done this as well. My daughter is really good with colors so its nice having her work in frames around the house. She made the coolest yellow flower i keep in my office! Now she is into tigers and cats lol. Comment #4 Jeanette from AZ - My youngest one goes through phases as well when it comes to her artwork. She used to only draw houses - small houses, medium houses, big houses. Now she's into drawing different types of trees. Trees with apples on them. Trees with no leaves on them. Trees with lots of leaves, everything is different!! It makes me laugh when I think about how she decides what she's going to paint or draw. Comment #5 Milly (1) from my desk! - I do this too! I don't throw anything away! I even have a picture on the wall that I change the picture my daughter draws once a year just to seel how she has progressed.
